Standard Session Fee: $240

MHCP: Out-of-Pocket $143.35 I Rebate with valid GP referral $96.65

Private Health: $240 per session I Rebate dependant on insurer

NDIS appointment fee: $222.99 I Rebate funded by NDIS

NDIS Reports or Contact: $222.99/h I Rebate funded by NDIS or pro rata

Standard Reports/letters: $240/h or $60 per 15 minutes

Work Cover: Fee determined and funded by WorkCover

Private Supervision: $200/h

Session length: 50-minutes

Mode: In-clinic and Telehealth

Availability: Currently, Saturday 8am to 12pm

From June 2025, availability will extend to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday half day

Fee Payment Options

Medicare:
Fees for in-person sessions are payable by EFTPOS at the time of the session, with a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year if you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. The cost of sessions remains the same regardless of the session being held face-to-face or via Telehealth. Please ensure you bring your Medicare card to each session to ensure this rebate can be processed to you. Please also ensure you bring a copy of your Mental Health Care Plan to your initial session or email this in advance (preferred).

To see us via Telehealth, your session fee is required to be paid 48 hours in advance of the session booked. Please ensure that you record your Medicare number and identify your GP when you complete your online intake form. An invoice will be emailed to you to facilitate direct deposit to our account.

Please note that Telehealth sessions MUST be paid by direct deposit prior to your session.

Please note that you must return to your GP after the 6th session for consideration of a treatment extension should you like to access an additional 4 rebated sessions.

Important Note: If you do not have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you will be responsible for payment of the full fee as a private client.
 

NDIS:

If you have an NDIS plan that allows for psychology sessions and you are self-managed or plan-managed, payment is required at the time of the session by EFTPOS for self-managed clients, or for plan-managed clients we will invoice your plan manager via email for prompt payment. Details must be provided prior to the first session. As we are not an NDIS-registered provider, NDIA-managed plans are not able to be accepted.

WorkCover:

If you have been referred and approved under WorkCover, you will pay no out-of-pocket fees. You must provide a copy of your approval letter and details of your case with WorkCover prior to the first session.
